VCES Stay and Play parent volunteers:

We are looking for parents to sign up to help out with the school Stay and Plays this year. Please see below for the list of dates. The specific help needs are listed after the dates.

• If you sign up to help, please keep the following in mind:
  • Parents who sign up to help should arrive on campus by 2:30 on regular dismissal days, and 12:50 on early dismissal days and plan to stay until 3:30 on regular dismissal days, and 1:40 on early dismissal days (see list below for times).
  • Many VCES students stay for E3 in the afternoons. Students in E3 will be supervised by E3 staff and will stay on or near the basketball courts and/or in classrooms.
  • Parents who stay for the Stay and Play events are responsible for supervising their own children.
  • All Stay and Plays will happen on the yard unless otherwise noted.

If you are interested in learning more about parent volunteering this year, please come to a parent volunteer informational coffee on August 28th at 8:05am in the MPR.
