VCES hospitality:

• Please find the list below of hospitality volunteer opportunities for the year.
• If you sign up to bring snacks for a parent or principal's coffee, please bring 12-24 items (such as muffins, croissants, granola bars, or fruit). The school will provide coffee.
  • Please arrive to the MPR (off the school courtyard) by 7:50am to drop off snacks and help set up for parent community coffee dates and principal's coffee dates.
  • Don't forget to sign in in the office when you arrive!
• If you sign up to help with Back to School Night or Open House, you will be contacted as we get closer to those dates with more information.

If you are interested in learning more about parent volunteering this year, please come to a parent volunteer informational coffee on August 28th at 8:05am in the MPR.

Please note: the larger school-wide events (Trunk or Treat, Generations Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, Earth Day, etc) will also have need for hospitality volunteers, but they will be included with the event information and separate sign up form.
