VCES hospitality volunteering:

• Please find the list below of hospitality volunteer opportunities for the year.
• If you sign up to bring snacks for a parent or principal's coffee, please bring 12-24 items (such as muffins, croissants, granola bars, or fruit). The school will provide coffee.
  • Please arrive at the MPR (located off the school courtyard) by 7:50 AM to drop off snacks and assist with set up for the parent community coffee dates and principal's coffee dates.
  • Don't forget to sign in in the office when you arrive!
• If you sign up to help with Open House and/or Staff Appreciation Week, you will be contacted as we get closer to those dates with more information.

If you are interested in learning more about parent volunteering this year, please come to a parent volunteer informational coffee on August 29th at 8:05am in the MPR.

Please note: The larger school-wide events (Trunk or Treat, Generations Day, Laps 4 Learning, Family Jam, etc) will also have need for hospitality volunteers, but they will be included with the event information and separate sign up form.
