Each VCES tour is on campus and in-person.  During the tour, prospective parents will hear from school leadership about the VCES model, curriculum and programs followed by classroom visits.  Stay for coffee with a few current VCES parents from 10-10:30am.

Important information and dates to remember:

• The VCS school year 2024-25 application window will open in August 2023.  
• The VCES Community Fair will be held on February 10th, 2024 from 1-4pm on the VCES campus!  Join us for carnival-style games, snacks, campus tours and parent panels.  All prospective families are invited to this event. Click here for more information.
• The 2024-25 "Pre-lottery" application window closes on February 15th, 2024.  All applications received after this date will not be eligible for any enrollment priorities.
• The 2024-25 VCS lottery will be held on February 22nd, 2024.
