About This Event
The VCES Community Fair is a free, family-friendly afternoon for prospective TK–5th grade families, open to anyone in the community (no application required to attend). It's a fun way to visit our campus and get to know our school community. Friends are welcome to attend, too!
What to Expect
- Enjoy carnival-style games, crafts, face painting and snacks
- Win prizes and enter raffles
- Browse the book fair
- Tour the campus
- Talk with current VCES parents at the parent panel
- Visit vendor tables from local organizations
Key Dates for 2027-28
- The "pre-lottery" application window closes February 11, 2027. All applications received after this date will be placed on the 27-28 waitlist in the order in which they are received.
- The virtual enrollment lottery will take place on February 18, 2027. Visit this page to learn more about the VCS enrollment lottery.
