Start Your Journey at Valley Charter Schools

We are currently accepting TK–8th grade applications for the 2026–27 school year!

The pre-lottery application window will close on February 12, 2026.
Lottery priorities will only apply to applications received on or before February 12, 2026. This includes sibling priority. All current VCS families with incoming 26-27 siblings MUST apply on or before February 12, 2026 in order to receive the sibling priority. Learn more about lottery priorities here.
All applications received after that date are considered post-lottery and will be waitlisted in the order they are received.

We are also accepting post-lottery applications for the 2025–26 school year. Any applications submitted after February 20, 2025 will be added to the waitlist based on submission date.

Visit our application platform on SchoolMint.
Create an account (or log in if you already have one). Select “Create an Account” and follow the simple steps provided.
Be sure to select the correct school year (e.g., 2025–26 or 2026–27).
Submit your application and check your email for confirmation.

Understanding the Lottery Process

Applications submitted by the lottery deadline are included in our random public lottery to be held on February 19, 2026. Post-lottery applications are not included in the lottery and are placed on the waitlist.
